Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Alex Mika jewelry is pleased to offer a return within 14 days of your order's arrival for a full refund or an exchange/store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
Care
Although our jewelry is meant for daily use, we do not recommend showering or exercising in our plated styles. In addition, please do not spray perfumes or rub lotion directly near your plated pieces, as this can cause tarnishing. Please store them in an air-tight bag to keep your jewels clean and protected.
